Delivery Estimates & Lead Times
As a courtesy, we provide delivery estimates based on manufacturer availability and current shipping schedules. These timeframes represent our best-faith estimates derived from historical data and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery window.
Our manufacturers operate on a “just-in-time” inventory system; therefore, production typically requires 2 to 10+ weeks once an order is submitted. Ocean freight generally averages an additional 4 weeks, which includes time for documentation, customs clearance, transit, and final destination processing.
While we strive to provide conservative estimates and often deliver ahead of schedule, the numerous variables in global manufacturing and logistics make it impossible to guarantee specific delivery dates. Consequently, it is our policy that special orders cannot be canceled or altered due to production or shipping delays. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all ETAs are provided as informative estimates only and do not form a contractual deadline.
RETURN/ CANCELLATION / DAMAGE
RETURN: If there was a mistake on our part, we will fix the issue. Please contact us with order number and issue within 7 days of delivery. In most cases we can also repair items damaged by improper installation or use, but you will need to cover all costs related. Parts CAN be returned FOR ANY REASON after installation, modification, or painting.
CANCELLATION: Free cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order at no charge. Order cancellations are subject to a ten percent (10%) processing fee once shipped.
DAMAGE: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll ship a replacement right away. All damage/defect claims are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
